That changed during my uni years, when a friend introduced me to Korean skincare. She handed me a sample of snail mucin essence and said, "Just try it for a week." I thought she was joking. A week later, my skin looked better than it had in years.
I was hooked — but quickly realised how hard it was to find authentic K-beauty products in Australia without paying through the nose. International shipping took weeks, local resellers charged double, and I was never quite sure if what I was getting was genuine.
