Ordering

Simply add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can pay with credit card, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, Klarna, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. You'll receive an order confirmation email straight away.

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched, it can't be modified — but you can return it under our returns policy.

Yes! We offer tiered pricing — the more you buy, the more you save. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Check the product page for current bulk pricing tiers.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping is always free on every order — no minimum spend required. Express shipping is available for $4.50 if you need your order sooner.

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days and Express takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. You can check a more precise estimate using the delivery calculator on the product page.

Currently we only ship within Australia. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — follow us on social media for updates.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your account page. We ship via Australia Post.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@stillbeauty.com.au or message us on Facebook Messenger. See our full Shipping & Returns page for details.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item.

Product

Absolutely. We source all products directly from authorised distributors. Every item is 100% genuine, properly stored, and shipped with care. We never sell imitations or grey market products.

All products we sell have a minimum of 12 months before expiry at the time of dispatch. Expiry or manufacture dates are printed on the packaging. If you'd like to confirm the expiry date before ordering, feel free to ask us.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. There's no need to refrigerate, but avoid leaving it in hot environments (like a car in summer). We also offer our FreshGuard Climate Shield add-on for extra protection during transit.

Payment & Security

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, Klarna, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal.

Yes. We use SSL encryption across our entire site and never store your credit card details. All payments are handled by trusted third-party processors (Stripe and PayPal) that meet the highest security standards (PCI DSS Level 1).

Yes! We offer buy-now-pay-later through Afterpay, Zip, and Klarna. You can split your purchase into interest-free instalments. Select your preferred option at checkout.
