1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Still Beauty website (stillbeauty.com.au) and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Still Beauty is an Australian-registered business (ABN: 77 140 164 897) operating from Bathurst, New South Wales.

2. Products

All products sold through Still Beauty are 100% authentic and sourced from authorised distributors. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you've placed an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, Klarna, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. Standard shipping is free on all orders. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. For full details on shipping timeframes, please see our Shipping & Returns page.

While we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 business day, delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including delays by Australia Post.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or Facebook Messenger.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Still Beauty's liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of our website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Still Beauty or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
