Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment or else you will incur the full charge of the treatments. You can always pass your appointment on to a friend. 

Location

While we would love to provide our services in all areas, STILL reserves the right to decline bookings made outside our coverage area. You can also visit us at our Collingwood rooms.

Parking

Please ensure you have parking available if we are visiting your home. Also keep in mind that our tables are heavy, so please ensure that parking is not too far from your door!

Pregnancy Massage 

We would love to treat you in your first trimester. However, we ask that you sign our waiver and ensure you have the all-clear from your doctor.

Privacy Policy

All of your information is kept private, including your name, address and credit card details. Please note that we aren't able to see your credit card details. All private information is encrypted through our booking system MindBody.
